Nelson, what do you think about the longer (12+ weeks) Primo based cycles? Do you think the lack of sides would allow for a workable cycle (HPTA-wise) even at that length? How about you Needto? Swole?
Sure, if you're going to do longer cycles, primo is the way to go -- especially since the gains are slow. (Which is why it takes people so long to see results. But it shouldn't if training and diet are spot on).
Of course when I say I "notice" a difference, it isn;t dramatic, but I can tell if something is working. It's subtle, but you have to be attuned to it.
My concept of 4-6 week cycles is almost a thing in the past since the philosophy is based on supplementing natural training and avoiding HPTA damage. That doesn't seem to be a concern with most guys today. (Or, in some cases, people think that as long as they do PCT they'll be fine. There are no guarantees).
