That's good, you seem pretty strong for your size, nice! I'm 26, 5'9'', 210lbs on my second cycle. The first was when I was in college and had no clue what I was doing but still gained about 15 pounds, lol. Lost about 5lbs.
Yea I have really been getting stronger every workout, it's frickin crazy. Next shoulder workout I'm going for the 100's!
just a word to the wise...
Be careful on your lifts. Your strength increases so fast it's no problem for your muscles, but your tendons/ligaments are another story. Listen to your body!
