Any tips for my cycle???

Alright im pretty new to the forum but ive probably read 150 threads already just doing research etc..

My stats:
24 years old, 170 lbs, 6 foot tall.

I run every mon-fri morning (usually 3-8 miles) and do push ups, sit ups and things like that. I also go to the gym at least 4 times a week if not more and lift. I just starting taking p-plex and monsterdrol today (30mg of each a day). This will be my first time to be so called "on" if these are in fact somewhat powerful steriods like so many have said. Im probably about at a 2500 calorie a day diet right now but im going to bump it up to 3-4 across several meals consisting of protien shakes, tuna, chicken, and whatever else happens to be in front of me at the time. Although i am kinda worried that if i eat that much for too long it will result in a gut.

Can anyone tell me if these OTC are any good for starters?
My goal is to put on as much muscle as possible as quickly as possible. 10 pounds in a month is my goal i just dont know if its obtainable.

Any advice you can give me will be very appreciated.

nobody has responded, i'll tell ya what i can. you'll need liver supplements to prevent too much damage as prohormones are supposedly fairly liver toxic. look into stronglifts 5x5 training, works wonders. core lifts are what you're after. i suggest reading burn the fat feed the muscle by tom venuto, that'll give you an idea about how to construct a diet and work out your caloric needs. if you wanna step things up a lil and do some 'real' juice then join needto's underground for all the guidance and support you'll need to get huge healthily.
 
After reading "6ft 170, 24 yr old" i didnt need to read further.

Keep working out and getting your diet in check and put on at least 20 pounds naturally then try this whole steroid thing
 
I agree with Superdave but I also must state you seem to be all over the place...

You are running 5 times a week for 3-8 miles and only eating 2500 calories a day.... No wonder you are that skinny and I am assuming you now want to bulk up so increase your calorie intake to 3-4 (very very vague) but continue with the running?!?!

Throw that crap away until you are bigger and have added a strong foundation. Also those designer steroids still have sides and yet you have no test in there...

Increase your calorie intake now to 3500 calories. Do the cardio 2-3 times a week instead of 5 and voila you have a cycle.

only advice you need is to start eating ... 170 at 6ft you do not need steroids..you need food..steroids wont fix a poor diet..why run so much?if you want to put on mass cardio will not do it

I'm going to go out on a limb here and think that you have made up your mind and going to use p-plex and monsterdrol anyway. I agree with the others that you need to get your diet in check first, but since you have already made up your mind. Here is what I would suggest...

First get a liver supplement to take with the stuff you have. Search here and you will find what to take and how much.

Second cut the cardio and the push ups, sit ups etc. You are burning too much fat. IMO, you have to put on a little fat to gain good muscle. Get in the gym and do barbell exercises on your major muscle groups. If you dont know what I am talking about do the research.

Third, and most important, get your diet in check. You obviously dont know how to eat to gain. Until you do this any gains you make on the gear will be mostly useless.

Thanks for the replies, to answer a few, the reason i do so much cardio is because im military and its something i have to do so i cant cut it out although i wish i could. I have been eating alot more this last week and plan on keeping it that way. I also have a liver support im taking with it.

Cardinal- i dont understand the comment about the test can you explain a little please.

Thanks for the help again, i have been researching alot and i understand that i dont eat near enough and i am correcting that. Also i have added 20 lbs of muscle to my frame. 2 years ago i was 149 lbs, i didnt do cardio just lift every once in a while. I worked my ass off to get the puny 170 i have, i think im considered a ectomorph? Knowing that i was 150 and now 170 do you still think i should add 20 more or so naturally?? I came to this forum to learn so dont think im blowing off your comments. Your the pros and im trying to get bigger the best way i can.
 
if you are military wont you have to take piss tests? military and roids dont mix bor. even if you dont have to piss now if they suspect you are doing roids they can have their way with you. not like the private sector, military owns your ass.
 
I take piss test all the time. They test for drugs not roids. Two different test completely, not to mention the roid test is very expensive so they dont do it.
 
yes you can gain 20 lbs naturally over the next couple years. 2500 cals is enough to gain muscle if your diet is on point.

it is verry possible. however your goal (in red) will be hindered pretty bad by (blue)

the gut can easily be burned off later. plan a real routine that does not involve doing pushups and situps here and there. you will need to lift heavy and correctly. you will also need a good diet that you have to figure out for yourself. stop 100% of the cardio while bulking (it is counter productive to your stated goal)
 
Thanks for the tips guys, I cant stop the cardio all together but i am going to try to cut it back. I do have a heavy lifting routine but im going to look into the 5x5 and maybe try that. I'm going to up my protien/cal intake over the next week and try to make it a steady thing (like 3500-4000 a day and 200g protien). That should be plenty right? I hope my stomach starts stretching or something cuz im having a hard time swallowing 3500 lol.
 
200g protein is kind of low. i would try for 250g

more simple carbs and less complex carbs with every meal.
 
250 grams protein
200 grams carbs
60 grams fat = 2340 cals.
I am around those, but thats for me and I am 230-240. I was loosing fat and gaining lbm naturally.
you can add in more protein and fats on cycle. carbs are tricky for each individual. you can get away with some more simple carbs on cycle. but later in the day stick to greens/veggies or low glycemic carbs.
5x5 works for some people, but higher rep training helps with hypertrophy imo.
It's all in diet and training with the help of some supplements.
 
Alright, well thanks for the help. I am going to get my diet straightened out and keep hitting the wieghts. I will still be hanging around the forums but ill probably make another thread in about a month to two with an update of my progress. Hopefully i'll have some good progress to tell about.
