this is good shit. i was playing around today and after a loaf and a half of bread came up with this.

9 egg whites
1 scoop vanilla muscle milk powder
1/4 cup skim milk
half loaf of ezekiel or any other REAL 100% whole grain bread
cinnimon

spray pan and pre heat on medium
mix milk and protein powder with fork until completely desolved.
add egg whites to the mix and stir until smooth.

soak a slice of bread until it cannot obsorb any more of the mix, coat with cinnimon and fry it to a golden brown on each side.

top with a little bit of ms butterworths sugar free syrup.

i was amazed at the fact that it tasted perfect. you couldnt taste the grain or powder. just like any other good french toast.

:supercool

Here is my recipe.
chocolate peanut butter french toast

makes 2 servings, but for you big guys maybe 1 LOL

6 slices stonemill whole grain bread. (for 2 slices it is 18g carbs)
1 cup egg beaters
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder

then the sauce.
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup of water or milk
mix and pour on top

to get in my fats, I will put 1/2 tbsp of natural peanut butter on the french toast before I put the protein sauce.

Oatmeal Pancakes

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oats (quick or old-fashioned)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar splenda
1/2 cup applesauce
2 egg whites
1 Tablespoon flax oil or olive oil

Bro once you put syrup on them your kids want care how you made them.

In a large bowl, mix together the flours, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Let the batter set at least 5 minutes to soften the oats.

Heat a frying pan or griddle to medium-high heat. Coat generously with cooking spray.

Dollop the batter onto the hot surface in 1/4 cup amounts per pancake.

When the edges of the pancakes appear dry and bubbles are forming on the surface, flip the pancakes and cook the other side until golden brown.

a lot of protein powders have things in them that make them for 12yo and older. the best thing to do is take the nutrient info with them on their next doctors visit and ask. but my guess is that a glass of milk would be a better choice for them. kids needs are far different than ours especially our body duilding diets. it is easy to start believing these crazy high protein, fat, carb diets are god for us but the truth is they are not. its all just more abuse.

That is what I was thinking, however I just feel bad giving my kids pancakes with nothing good for them in them and then putting surup on them too. They drink plenty of milk when they are with me, my GF and I are adament that they eat fruit in the morning and day and a vegetable with diner. It's just I feel there mom feeds them crap. I don't ever go with the x and the kids to the dr. I can't stand to be around her for more than 5 min.
