tuna and milk if you dont like eggs as your pwo. as for other protein sources meat, fish, chicken, all of that is easy to get an cook.
as a sports drink, if you dont want milk, gatorade could work.
if you need protein, like willis said, at sams club you can get 5lbs for 30 bucks from EAS
Yes, I bought more whey, no use suggesting sams club Im in the UK not US. I dont want to go buy more whey I just meant in the meantime while the stuff I ordered is delivered I didnt know what to have, yes when I get back from the gym after my shower I will have a full meal so I will have a big protein and carb boost but I meant what should I take to the gym and have straight after my workout, just like I would with whey.
Yes the thing is my gym and house arnt very near to mcdonalds or anywere like that so "grabbing a triple whopper" isnt that easy LOL. Yes I am bulking right now and I dont even have a diet atm I just eat when Im hungry, more or less stop when Im full but make sure my meals are big and lots of protein, I dont really eat clean, the other day it was my little brothers birth day and him and his friends had a Pizza Hut Takeaway Pizza or two, I woke up in that night hungry so I went downstairs and microwaved what was left of the pizza and just ate that lol. I have to say, eating like this and not forcing myself to eat more food it working fine, Im growing so much Im getting stretch marks and I dont feel bad when I dont eat like 2 breakfast meals lolI always workout right before lunch time. At lunch I will eat a full meal. (Normally beef brisket or barbecue, baked potato or potato salad, turnip greens and corn bread.) yummmmm. Not sure if its a great PW meal but seems to work well for me. Dont get to caught up in the whey. You are a young guy and needs lots of food. You have to ask what your goals are, if it is to be lean and cut then stay with lots of whey. But if you want to get big at your age you need alot of food. Your metabolism is so high at your age I would go grap a triple whopper and a milk shake.
