Thanks to EF and all the peps that have helped me along the way. It hasn't been easy. I've stuffed my face, stayed up late nights cooking, getting up early cooking, watching people eat shit i wanna eat, drinking water until i feel like a fish, reading everything i could find about bb, and hitting the iron like i hate it. some pics peps have probably already seen but i wanted to put them in progression.

just got done tanning and still had the tanning lotion on!

5'11" but i have really really long arms. i am actually one week into my first cycle.
 
what r you cycling? incredable progress .. goes to show that you dont need to spend thousands of dollars to get ripped just time and dedication

Well done mate. But my sincere opinion, either you are a genetic scarcity or you made a misprint in the year entry.

Those look like 5 years minimum 9 years normal of hard training including aas.

Any way if you made it in 1 year it should be surely treated as a record. Filmstars will soon follow......

no miss print bro....it was my new years resolution jan 1 2008 to get seriously dedicated to weights and stop playing bball so much. the last pics of my back where taken the starting day of my first cycle...of my life.
