thanks for posting, we can't help if we don't know. I would like to suggest posting in the EF substance abuse group. We have people who are familiar with addiction and specifically opiates. It's an open group, anyone is not only welcome but encouraged to join. As in most cases, there are others who will not post up but have the same problem/s. Your post may give them the courage to ask for help also, so do it for them.
In any addiction, it's the familiar catchphrase from the AA groups, one day at the time. Any addiction can be arrested, but it is done in small amounts. First, the easy one, stop using. Then the harder part begins, to figure out what it will take to not start again. Most programs have a set of steps given that have worked most often for the most people. I tried to do it many different ways, but always found myself useing again. I decided that MY way obviously wasn't working and decided to try a different approach. I would personally like to invite you to post in the New Beginnings group. I think that you'll find others who will have valuable tools for you to use if you want. If not, the 12th step in AA is "to help others who still suffer". Let us keep ourselves sober by lending a hand to you and whomever may need it. It helps keep us clean and sober.
