nope, not paper.
it's mostly cotton and the rest is part linen. then they use some special ink to make it the way it is.
it's why money doesn't rip so easy. if it were paper it wouldn't make it through the wash

It is way funner giving out foreign aid while allowing our own country to go to shit!
Surely there is some other country that was hit by a hurricane that could def use the money to rebuilt their lands. It's not like we have that problem here. LOL
Or maybe there is another country that needs better school text books or their schools need brand new computers..That is ok, our children can always use the old ones, and also have to share computers...It is only their education, not that important!
