God, I feel like crying. That is someone's son who laid there dying while people mocked his pain. That is almost too much for me to think about. People who feel the need to tell people they are doing it have a glimmer of hope still that someone will say something to make the pain go away or will somehow rescue them.

You know, if that kid had paid for a membership or entered truthful name and address info when he signed up, anyone from admin could have called 911 and saved him.

I have no idea. I'm guessing a group mentality took over and no one wanted to appear too "soft." I would only be speculating because I don't know those people, but I read some of the messages that were copied and pasted on another site. Someone said they tried to call him and his phone went straight to voicemail so they left a message "do it, faggot." WOW. I sure hope they really didn't do that.

I disagree. I've seen alot of posts on here where people say how depressed they are and we all seem to crowd around them to lift them up. I don't recall ever seeing anyone on here say 'ya, do it'.

Perhaps you need to go back and read some of the BM pile-ons that have been going on for years. A lot of people that have come thru here have taken a lot of abuse. None of us know how close one of them may have come to doing the same.

U think this is bad? Apparently none of you have been to 4chan. There has been at least a dozen suicides on that site. At least bb.com people felt bad once they realized it was real, people on 4chan knew their suicides were real and made photoshops from the pics.

just shut up. dont talk when you don't know the facts. Roxie (the mod) was notified of the suicide at 1pm. The kid died at 6am. There was nothing she could have done anyways.

I think anytime someone mocks someone who is suicidal is wrong. Arguing about to what degree it's wrong is like arguing about whether rotten eggs or rotten fish smell worse. It's still rotten.
