I see allot of people running what I think are extremely high doses anymore. 1g - 2g of test a week, I had to back down from 750 to 500. I would like to go an experiment with 1g sometime. NOt anytime in the near future though...
Is there really that many benefits to running gear that high?
For example my first cycle was 250sust/200deca/10dbol. I made super gains, now this could have been because it was my first cycle.
For you guys that have ran deca at different doses how can one compare the gains of say 300-600mg a week?
Is the difference that much greater for the need of twice the gear? Or are these high dose cycles just over kill?
Is it cost-effective?
Why does one choose to run so high? Is it because they have tried low dose and it just didn't get them the results they wanted. Or is it more because they see posts of guys running 1g test and 800mg deca?
IMHO--it is like everything else in this world is x is good xx must be better (from a genetic standpoint xx is the only way to go)....and that logic is so flawed--and when drugs are concerned, not even funny.
you identifed the key question: "because they have tried low dose and it just didn't get them the results they wanted."..............this is the easy fix instead of learning more about training methods to break through plateaus, nor do they usually have the correct diet for what they want--instead they say they want to gain "x" pounds (which may or may not be reasonable--everyone is different) and if the gain a few less the dose did not work.....just plain dumb.
