Design my next two cycles with what I have

Bro, we are telling you sound advice.

170lbs and fairly chubby (if you are 19% BF) you are hardly even in decent shape as it is. Steroids aren't magic. You need to know how to train and diet properly to recieve any sustained benefit from steroid use.

I guarantee you 100% that you will not see the results you are looking for by taking steroids if you are doing what you are doing now.

Results come by what food you put in your stomach, and not what steroids you inject in your ass. It's a simple statement, yet it is the most true and valuable thing to know and do.


If you aren't getting rsults, it's because of your diet and training methods. We'd love to help you sort that out over in the diet section, and help you with your training in the training section.

I appricaite the sensear concern, i really do, but being that i am gona do these cycles anyway i would have liked to have gotten imput on them. I am sure people hear know if it would be better to run eq and test at lower doses and longer durations or vise versa, that type of stuff.

Listen to me bro. Now is not the time for steroids for you.

But, since I respect your agency and your ability to make choices for yourself (even with the knowledge it is against your better judgement)


You have way more gear than what' you'll even need.

heres what i would use

1-12 250 cyp/week
1-8 50mg anavar/day
9-13 25mg winny/day
13-18 20mg nolva/day


2nd
1-13 300mg cyp/week
1-12 500mg eq/week
1-12 300mg primo/week
1-6 20mg tbol/day
10-15 1000iu hcg/week
14-19 pct

should be able to loose some bf and put on some very nice lbm. take these cycles with a grain of salt because im not the best when it comes to making up cycles as i often look for advice from my fellow ef bros. i also think u really need to hit the gym harder and get ur diet in check before u jump on the gear, but i feel u deffiantly wont be listening to us since u have it already

if ur bodyfat scale is anything like mine, u are really 8-12% bf when it says 19. Can u see your abs or striations on the delts? Your not getting the time of day because of that bodyfat u posted up. If it true work on ur diet and wait a lil bit. Seems like u might have 3 cycles+ stockpiled.

If that is true i am gona feel a lot better about myself. I can see my abs, not ripped but i can see them, and my delts too.....

probably about 13-14% then.

If you can see them, then you are at most 14-15%. Any more than that, and the abs are pretty much not visible even when flexed.

To have absoletely super ripped abs, you need 8%.

10%, the lower abs are prety well defined, but there is still a touch of extra fat on the waistline near your lower back and hips.
