yeah, the guy with the phone is jay. He took it himself, and sent it to his friend who is the one who posted it up.


That's jay bro. He is conditioned so well this year. He was swearing it too. He was saying he was bringing the biggest and best conditioned body, and he wasn't kidding.

There are 2 things, IMO, that would better compliment his physique that are genetic.

1- If he had a slimmer waist by 2 inches, but maintained his shoulder/latissmus width.

2- symmetrical abdominals.



These 2 things would make him look even a step further beyond the competition, but they are genetic so you can't be wronged for that.

seriously. everyone was just trying to get huge as shit to keep up with him, and disregarding the conditioning to a degree.

Even at 2 weeks out in that pic, he looks way better than he did last year on stage.
