Winstrol oral Tabs only... need advice

I've been reading hundreds of threads and reading over a lot of conflicting information on taking Winstrol Oral Tablets by itself, as far as the results and side effects. (Still considering injections but availability issues - I'm not looking for anyone to tell me to take one or the other either i know the difference) I'm looking for someone who has taken the oral tablets by itself or known someone who has done a cycle like this and how it worked out for them. If you haven't done it but actually know what you're talking about feel free to post, I'd love to hear from you! I've been reading a lot of posts from people who are on here to judge and don't seem to know shit of what they're talking about. And I don't know THAT much either which is why I'm looking for answers.

I haven't taken steroids before, only prohormones... I've taken furazadrol and have tried liquid masterdrol and these are ok but no where near results I want.

****I'm not trying to get huge or gain a lot of muscle mass****i do not want to bulk... I would just like to lean out and hopefully get more "cut" in the process...Although any extra gains would be a huge plus

I'm an ex college athlete and have been working out great since I ended my career in march. My diet has not been so great so the excessive amount of running/cardio I was doing didn't do anything but I've been eating great for the last month.

My stats:
Age: 22
height: 5'11
weight: 190
% body fat : 14-ish

My diet is a low carb, high protein (1g per pound), low fat, and relatively low calorie diet.
I work out 5X a week and have been doing a lot of cardio (5-6times 20-30 min)

In reference to starting a winstrol cycle with oral tabs I was planning on taking 50mg a day for 6 weeks.
here are some questions i have in regards to altering (or at least helping to alter) side effects....

1) Should I split up the 50mg to two 25mg dosages a day or take all 50 at once?
2) I'd like to take milk thistle to help with liver function since winstrol is toxic, will this effect the winstrol? And do I need to take a different liver support supplement?
3) I read that winstrol dries up your joints pretty bad, now i've heard that you're supposed to use test, and i've even heard that flax oil (omega 3,6,9) can help overturn the pain and lube up the joints. As i said this is a winstrol only cycle that I'm looking for answers to so stacking with other roids and such is not what I'm looking to do so keep that in mind....
4) Regardless of what i've read I'm planning on a PCT just to be on the safe side so this isn't an issue. Any requests on which PCT??
5) Any other information that may be useful please let me know. Remember i'm not looking for anything extreme, My goal is to lose about 10-15 pounds and decrease body fat

Ok, that was a lot of info you gave so I feel it deserves a better response and more attention. Nearly everyone on these boards will try and laugh you off the board and say "do more research" and that junk. My first cycle was Winstrol (inject) only, and I loved it. Do not expect giant gains in either size or strength, and to be honest 14% bf maybe you won't notice all that much but it is a gentle and WORTHWHILE cycle if you have goals and a cautious attitude vs. a guy who will do anything to blow up 30lbs in a cycle.

That being said, I think you should probably run oral winny 50mg/day (NO MORE. NO LESS!!!!!!) with something like EQ or if you are willing (and you'll be twice as happy i promise you) 100mg/Test Prop EOD. Those cycles will be far superious, a nice into to aas, and fairly easy to recover. You can run the winny alone, its not the end of the world. BUT PLEASE REMEMBER, IT IS EATING, LIFTING AND SLEEPING THAT WILL MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE A BB. NO SHORTCUTS, KEEP A REGULAR SCHEDULE WITH EVERYTHING IN BALANCE. Good luck.
 
PS instead of buying Milk Thistle you should take that money and shove it dirctly in your ass. Milk Thistle is worthless, and if you stay within 6 weeks you'll be fine.
 
winstrol tabs are a waste of time
save your money for food and a gym membership
those two things will get you further in bodybuilding than those tabs

Winstrol is NOT a waste of time. Yes, its hard on the joints, etc...but if run with test and equipose and done at low body fat, the results can be quite impressive.

Winny is still a favorite cutter for many bodybuilders.

Remember my goal isn't really to have much gain although some (and I mean a little) in strength/size would be nice...
and what type of testosterone? could i just take testosterone pills?

There is no such thing as a testosterone pill. And I kinda tried to defend you before but now you are saying you don't want much gain but in strength and size would be nice? WTF? I retract my previous post!
 
Winstrol is an excellent drug for people just wanting to see small gains or retain muscle while losing some bodyfat.

I am amazed at how some people take a very simple goal and try to solve it with a cocktail of AAS cycles. "Use this", "Add that", "Do it like this".

You don't HAVE to use test with it. I ran winstrol along with EQ for 34 weeks straight. And I can tell you legitimate winstrol tabs give you the exact same results as injectible winstrol does. There is no difference. Unless you are injecting directly into small muscle groups trying to stimulate local site growth by stretching the fascia from within at the depot site, there is no reason to use injectibles over orals.

Many of the non bodybuilder fitness models down here in South Florida rely exclusively on winstrol alone to stay in shape with a muscular, yet lean physique.

I would actually run it longer than 6 weeks. 10 would my be minimum and 12 would be ideal. Although the naysayers are going to come on here and swear you will shit your liver out and die, that is just bullshit. You are perfectly safe with that dose.

Also, you are going to need to bump that protein amount up to 2 grams per lb. Trust me on that. If low carbing, then increase your healthy fats as well. But overall, you MUST have that protein. You should be shooting for 400 grams per day minimum, and it isn't that hard to accomplish.

If possible do the cardio in the mornings on an empty stomach. If not, then what you need to do is after immediately after you finish your weight training take in 5-7 grams of BCAA powder. Put the powder in your shaker cup and after you finish training, add water to it, shake and drink. THEN... do your cardio. You want to get some nutrients in your body immediately after training.

You can use Milk Thistle if you want, or Tylers Liver Detox is better. MSM for the joints, although I didn't have a problem with my joints or hair when I was running it.
