I'm reading about fish oil and it seems like not all fish oil is the same. Do you have any tips and advice on how to pick the right fish oil? Should I go with capsulated fish oil tablets or should I go with liquid form? There are so many options I don't know what to get.

I see that ginseng is being sold as both liquid and also and supplement form as tablets it's supposed to be really good for energy and a lot of people are taking it during their workouts to give them a little boost. it's supposed to not me if you crash either. has anyone taken this before?
