โž• quick look at my 3, 4, and 5 (chicken and rice meals) of the day, these are my staples during the day and never change

โž• Chicken, rice, pineapple, micros.

โž• Currently having 7 meals at 5k calories, I eat frequently due to the fact I start my session at 4am daily do up for quite a long time

โž• This one is nothing fancy as Iโ€™m eating on the go - but the macros and numbers is what matters most to me.

๐Ÿš€ Happy Friday my ELITE FIT FAM, hope yโ€™all have had a killer so far

โž• @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

โž• 4am leg and shoulder session in the bank this morning, second leg and shoulder movements for the week as we try to bring them up (along with everything else haha)

โž• weโ€™re now about 6 months since I have been able to train after my shoulder surgery and snapping my tendons off the bone at the start of the year

It was quite an arduous process after surgery as I was in a sling and completely unable to move my arm for about 2 months post operation, then another very slow 2 month process to be able to get a full range of motion of my arm and shoulder

Iโ€™d say about 4 months post operation the most I could do was holds 2 kg dumbbell over my head

โž• Fast forward to today and weโ€™re in full swing, Iโ€™ve just finished my first push up phase and weโ€™re up about 16kg since the day of surgery- itโ€™s going to be a long, slow and steady road to growth the physique I want but Iโ€™m taking all the steps I can and putting everything I have into it

๐Ÿ”ฅ Happy Monday my EF BROS, hope yโ€™all had a killer start to the week today

โž• 4am leg session in the bank this morning, kicking my week off with the first leg session after my rest day, currently having 2 leg sessions a week right now in my block and loving it.

โž• first week of my quick cruise and health phase, will check bloods and health markers agin soon before deciding when I jump into my second push up.

โž• slight calorie drop for the first week, down about 100g of carbs but still siting at 900g daily so canโ€™t complain at all

As always I couldnโ€™t recommend the gentleman enough, Iโ€™ve been fortunate enough to have been running the boys stuff since my surgery and have made the best progress of my life in the last 6 months - boys are running the game!

โž• quick little health and cruise phase to set up my second push-up, I couldnโ€™t be more excited excited as the second one will be so much more productive now my shoulder tendons are fully healed and they wonโ€™t be snapping off any time soon haha

โž• slight calorie drop in his week, but still more then enough to keep me happy and not food focused

As always a special shout to my brothers and the absolute legends of the underground!

โž• 4:00am quads and posterior session this morning, volume ever so slightly slowly reducing as I go into the second week of my health phase

โž• the goal is to continue to keep taking progression the entire time during the cruise, and head into what will be a very productive push up again

โž• Food slight reduce again this week, but training day calories still plentiful at around the 4,800 mark amd carbohydrates still about 900g - food will need to come up again next push at this stage but weโ€™ll see how well my composition fairs by then

โž• beyond excited to refine the process and tidy up my health markets before making a serious push pretty soon

โž• 4am push workout this morning, still taking very slight progressions each week as we walk into week 3 of my health phase and cruise, getting nice and healthy before we take a massive push up again.

โž• diet and training have been on point each week, ticking the boxes with no expectations. Iโ€™m taking the opportunity Iโ€™ve been given to put everything I have into a huge transformation so couldnโ€™t be happier
