Another good week ticking all the boxes, starting to lean out a bit more, 400 gram drop in weight this week. Will start pushing some npp and mast e as of next week once that arrives and may bump hgh up a tad too.

We’ve dropped cals again this week so expecting to keep leaning out, cardio still at 1 hour 20 a week.

Another decent week, a pretty significant drop in weight but was travelling so used different scales which could have played a role. Training is progressing nicely and continuing to hit all markers nutrition wise. Will be upping the doses and adding in npp and masteron now

Should start to see some decent gains now, still only a low dose will work our way up from here, no rush at all.
