This morning shoulder and neck is feeling a bit better, discomfort is still there. I am just doing some movements at 75% that don’t impede on my shoulder and neck.
Just to get some form of a pump , full resting would make me insane about now

The way it’s improving tho, I would think and hope next week I’m back after another session at chiro, dry needling etc

already has throughout the day. The glow blend and the chiro has worked magic together . I honestly thought it be weeks until it felt at 90 percent at the moment
