This is going to be one hell of a great first cutting cycle and i will certainly be pushing myself with this one!

We will be starting this one off as follows and slowly ramp up with the testosterone and masteron.

Test Cyp 250mg a week, slowly ramping up till i hit max dose of 500mg for this cycle.

Masteron E 100mg a week slowly ramping up till i hit max dose of 300mg a week.

Pro Winny Tabs 20mg a day 3 days a week for a max dose of 60mg a week, taken 45 minutes before trianing sessions.

Aromasin 6.25mg Eod total of 25mg a week full 12 weeks ( can change depending on estrogen range/sides )

Nolvadex 10mg Eod total of 40mg a week ) combination of Nolva/Aromasin because of the 500mg of testosterone, which will be the highest dose ive run so far with cycling, better safe and prepared and run both from day one onwards )

Bpc157 for keeping my body in overall better shape, since cardio will be pushed alot for these 12 weeks plus overall well-being for less possibilities of nagging injuries along the way )

Anavar 25mg ( this is my backup plan incase i dont get along well with the Winny, will switch over into var, as it is excellent while on a cut and fits my plan.

I appreciate that brother you oz gentleman dont mess around always the first to show love and support, means alot brother this will be a fun cycle, after coming off a bulk more or less all winter, its spring here in the states so getting my cut going asap, so hopefully by the end of summer i am much better than today.

My coach and i might do something fun we haven't decided yet, we are low dosing the winny, if all things look and feel good, might do a 20mg winny & 25mg var 3 days a week on trianing days only, i do a ppl 3 day split, so 135mg combined with both orals.

In the beginning we are just going to keep it slow and steady 250 test 100 mast 60mg winny a week, ramp up over time, slow progression.

If we dont use the var with the winny, var is the back up oral if I don't get along well with the winny.

5'11 in height and right now 228.3lbs not sure in kilos lol.

Haha well i think since i am American i am kinda dumb with certain shit kilos being one of them everytime someone posts up kilos for a workout i look up the weight in lbs

Yeah different parts of the world, i know when you guys post the summer photos i curse at myself, mainly because its winter and i live in a really cold state for winter months, its hell not sure about celsius in degrees, by me it is not uncommon to hit -30 -40 degrees which is brutally cold lol.


This one is all about endurance volume and a calorie deficit and 300 minutes of cardio a week.

Appreciate that brother i try my best to help others with my logs as well as myself and somehow reach my goals, i like more than anything when people let me know ive helped them in some capacity on the journey they have, very rewarding.

I like borth Cyp and Enanthate both have relatively the same half life give or take a couple days, i do well on both, ive been on the Beligas cyp for a while now, it tested great on my last bloods, so i just went with it again brother.
