Can anyone tell me the best workout day splitt? Iback to the gym after 1 month cut off and i lose some muscle , i trained all my body 3 times in this week, which better 4-days or 5-days splitt. ???

Actually Omarr it's yours. On the other site you asked for advice and then ignored it due to the coaches in your country. I quoted above that you said you'd done a BUNCH of research on training yet here you are asking for advice on training.

What if iwant to focus on arms?? How the split would be

I think a really simple split for you would be something like this

Monday - chest shoulder triceps
Tuesday - back biceps
Wednesday - off
Thursday - legs
Friday - arms and abs
Saturday - off
Sunday - off

On 2 of your 3 off days, do 30 minutes of cardio
 
There really is no "best" way to train. I would just say to train as many days as fits your schedule but make sure to take 1-2 days off. I like to try different programs and take exercise I like from each of them. Then I just design my own program. Keep things simple or you will lose your mind. Just train each muscle 1-2 times per week and you are good to go.

What about 4 days

Chest and 6sets of bicep
Back and 6sets of tri
Shoulders and legs
Full arms and abs

Looks good to me. I would do some cardio on 2 of your 3 off days and then it looks pretty much perfect.

Cardio is important for heart health and it will also help with recovery by increasing blood flow.
