they already have it still in many areas, but we call them private clubs and require $$$ to join them...

it keeps the riff raft out... no race requirement.

Unfortunately it is illegal under federal law to discriminate based on race even at a private club.

The point is that Rand Paul wants this removed so that a private business or club can hand a sign says "whites only"
