Went back to the gym today and killed back, past two days were off days besides 30 mins of cardio in the morning, I increased my hella up to 100mgs and I'm very happy with it as for the n2slin I am take 3 caps total one for my post workout and 2 for my dinner, once again the issue I had subsided and I am very happy with the n2slin I'm defiantly leaning out but packing on the weight. As of this morning I am 185, pretty impressive for 1 week of hella and n2slin I'm sure it's some water weight but I'm happy to see it going up last night before bed I weighed my self for fun and I was 188. The pumps are defiantly coming in this week but I am putting my taurine powder with my bcaas during workout and it subsides. My water in take is right around 1.5 gallons a day also. My right elbow has been killing me lately I hit my funny bone the other day hard so that could be the cause or it could be the d spark I'm on 2 caps a day but like I said its only on one elbow so I don't think that's the culprit.

Followed by a forearm exercise I'm not sure how to name, its the PVC pipe and it has a rope attached and you twist it up with weights attached, real good for your forearms
My elbow bothered me almost the whole workout especially after deads.

I purchased the Mho poppers out of curiosity, any one have any ideas on how I should run it? I was thinking on cycle to maybe help lethargy (very mild) please give some input
