Last few days of cycle - hit a wall.

I'm finishing up a great Var/Katana run. I've been running proviron alongside up to a few days ago. Ran out a few days short.

Last few days, I've hit a wall. Big time lethargy. Coincidence or did the proviron help that much with sides?

It's like night and day. Good thing today is last day, I don't think I can stand this much longer.

Workouts are still good, it's just hard to drag my ass off the couch!

It just sounds like your do for a break.
 
totally normal to go through this type of thing.. time to de-load bro.

your body has had enough. cut your weights down 50% for the next week. you will feel better after that.

also you could just need more calories... support supps will help as well.. don't forget how much pressure you are putting on your lipids running 2-3 orals together like that

Cutting your weights down going off cycle is a terrible idea. PCT is not the time for a deload.
 
PCT starts today. Noticed an increase in night sweats of late also.

First cycle was var only and had much more intense night sweats. No proviron on that cycle.

Getting bloodwork done also so I'll know where I stand for PCT.
 
You should have ran a testosteron base for that cycle, the anavar isent going to promote libido-aggresion and so on.. The body primary works on testosteron, you should think as if the anavar is a part of the testosteron molecule... Using it shuts down the main hormone and your running on something half slacky

In return some of the primary effects of testosteron will begin to increase/decrease.. Imo you should fix some OTC testosteron boosters and start using some clomid/hcg.. The OTC products out there have evolved quite grealtly over the years and should work to assist alittle! But yes i went though the same thing when i was running anavar, and darkness become a part of the day.. sleepy all the time

i knew someone would chime in with the 'gotta run test as a base' post.

anavar is already derived from testosterone bro, it didn't come from plastic or rubber. people seem to forget this little fact. even if he was on a test 'base' as you put it he would still go through this.. he is simply over-worked and needs to de-load so his body can catch up, i know exactly what he is talking about considering i have worked out 4 straight years with no breaks. i use de-loads voluntarily and it not only helps me stay healthy but i also improve my lifts from them, they key is knowing your body well enough to know when the time comes.
 
Cutting your weights down going off cycle is a terrible idea. PCT is not the time for a deload.

never said to cut his weights down. i said reduce the weights. so if you are doing typically 350 for 6 on your last bench set for example all i'm saying is drop that to 250 for 10 reps instead. you will get a good workout trust me. his strength coming off cycle is gonna go down anyway with that stack he ran.

did u think a person would just keep getting stronger and stronger through pct and bridge? not gonna happen especially with that stack.

and I am not even sure if he is over-worked, its just a guess. i also said he could just need to up his calories more.. it won't hurt to do both

The cycle is done its too late for hcg
 
As background, here's what I ran:

Anavar - 60/60/80/80/100/100
Proviron - 75/75/75/75/75/50 (except for last 3 days of cycle, ran out...)
Katana - 2 caps 2x ED
HCGenerate - 3 caps am/2 caps pm ED
N2Guard - 4 caps am/3 caps pm ED
Aromasin - 12.5mg EOD

PCT - 4 weeks
Cloned 25mg ED
Unleashed/Post Cycle - 3 caps each 2x ED
For a Stanzol - 5 pumps 2x ED
DAA power chews - 5 ED

I'm going to drop from 6 days strength to 3 days + 2 days cardio for now. Need to build cardio endurance for upcoming climbs in June.

Probably go on SARMS stack (will drop S4 before climbs to get night vision back) after PCT to help with cardio and still make some strength gains.

I'm also going to work on dialing in nutrition a little better going forward. The Katana helped decrease appetite, but I had no trouble going above maintenance cals during cycle.
