4week into my test cycle help

Hey bro just wondering I've only put a 1kg on so far it's been 4 week so far is my gear bunk? Or I just have to wait longer for it to kick in.

This is my first cycle
Current stats
90kg,5:9,24y
Not sure about my bf.
I do kick boxing twice a week as well.
 
If you looked you could easily find the answer to this question yourself! I've never used test e but even I know the answer. Takes about that long to kick in.
 
Could always get some labwork done and see where your test levels are at. Then you would know and would be speculating.
 
Around 3500 a day. Eating really clean tho
250grams of protein
Around 150 grams of carbs
50 grams of fat

250g protein = 1000 cals
150g carbs = 600 cals
50g fat = 450 cals

Total is under 2100 cals, a far cry from the 3500 you are aiming for.

Ofcourse your not gaining shit. Your on a cutting diet.


I'm only getting 2700- ish a day which is a cutting cycle for my size buy my protein is 350-400 g daily and I'm still putting on size and slowly dropping fat. Oh yeah.....and I'm only on 150mg test c wk. Just enough to keep my T levels at high normal. I suspect your training is seriously lacking in both quality and intensity. Most people's training is lacking.
