Ofcourse your not gaining shit. Your on a cutting diet.
I'm only getting 2700- ish a day which is a cutting cycle for my size buy my protein is 350-400 g daily and I'm still putting on size and slowly dropping fat. Oh yeah.....and I'm only on 150mg test c wk. Just enough to keep my T levels at high normal. I suspect your training is seriously lacking in both quality and intensity. Most people's training is lacking.
This is my current training split
Monday chest shoulder and triceps.
Dips 4sets 15reps
Incline bench press 4 sets 12-10reps
Shoulder side raise 4 sets 10-12reps
Triceps pully 4 sets 10-12 reps
Triceps ext 4 sets 10-12reps
Core exercise and stability and conditioning
Tuesday back n biceps
Chin ups on Olympic Rings 5sets 10reps
Bent over barbell row 4 sets 10-12
Incline biceps curl 4 sets 10-12
Shrugs 4 sets 10-12
Wednesday
Legs
Squats 4 sets 10-12
Static lunges 4*10-12
Hamstring curl 4*10-12
Swiss ball hamstring curl 4* 10-12
Seated calf raise and donkey calf raise
Thursday chest triceps and shoulders
Bench press 4*10-12
Shoulder DB press 4*10-12
Triceps skull crusher 4*10-12
Core exercise stability and conditioning.
Friday back biceps and traps
Pully 4*10-12
T bar rows 4* 10-12
Preacher curl 4 *10-12
Reverse curl 4* 10-12
