4week into my test cycle help

Ofcourse your not gaining shit. Your on a cutting diet.


I'm only getting 2700- ish a day which is a cutting cycle for my size buy my protein is 350-400 g daily and I'm still putting on size and slowly dropping fat. Oh yeah.....and I'm only on 150mg test c wk. Just enough to keep my T levels at high normal. I suspect your training is seriously lacking in both quality and intensity. Most people's training is lacking.

This is my current training split

Monday chest shoulder and triceps.
Dips 4sets 15reps
Incline bench press 4 sets 12-10reps
Shoulder side raise 4 sets 10-12reps
Triceps pully 4 sets 10-12 reps
Triceps ext 4 sets 10-12reps

Core exercise and stability and conditioning

Tuesday back n biceps
Chin ups on Olympic Rings 5sets 10reps
Bent over barbell row 4 sets 10-12
Incline biceps curl 4 sets 10-12
Shrugs 4 sets 10-12

Wednesday
Legs
Squats 4 sets 10-12
Static lunges 4*10-12
Hamstring curl 4*10-12
Swiss ball hamstring curl 4* 10-12

Seated calf raise and donkey calf raise

Thursday chest triceps and shoulders
Bench press 4*10-12
Shoulder DB press 4*10-12
Triceps skull crusher 4*10-12

Core exercise stability and conditioning.

Friday back biceps and traps
Pully 4*10-12
T bar rows 4* 10-12
Preacher curl 4 *10-12
Reverse curl 4* 10-12

That's what this bodybuilder guy at my gym gave it to me.

Try this

Day 1: legs

Day 2: chest

Day 3: back

Day 4: shoulders

Day 5: bi/tri

Rest two days in a row or one during split and one at the end.

Take each body part on its day and spend 1 hour destroying it. Absolutely killing it until you want to puke.
Where are the deadlifts? Your only doing two movements for back wtf? 2 movements for chest?

Bro I was doing one body part per week before I stared training this.

The guy at my gym told me this will help me bulk up quicker then doing once in a week body part.

As for your current split your touching each body part a little bit twice per week. That's bullshit training. There's no real intensity or destruction of the muscle to be had by doing two movements twice a week. You can't kill a muscle enough like that.

I did chest tonight.

Flat db press - 6 sets. ( 20 reps, 20 reps, 15 reps, 12 reps, 9 reps, 8 reps)

Incline BB smith - 5 sets ( 15 reps, 10 reps , 10 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps)

Incline db press - 2 sets 12 reps

Chest press machine - 4 sets @ 10 reps

Peck deck flys - 3 sets to failure

Pushups off flat bench - 2 sets to failure.


That's one way to destroy a muscle group. Not doing two movements one day for 6-8 sets combined then one movement 3 days later.

You gotta kill it though bro. Regular sets, drop sets, sets to failure. Once I got home if I had tried to do a push up on my floor I would have collapsed as my chest would not have been able to hold me up. That's how dead it was after.

One more thing bro if u can help me with since I started my first ever cycle I've lost my appetite. Just don't feel like eating food

Stuff it in. You gotta eat or you wont grow.

You need more food than what you posted up. maybe another 50g carbs, another 50 g good fats, another 50 g protein.

Since your diet was off and your training was off......not trying to be a dick but dare I ask what you have planned for pct?

Ugh..... So what your saying is you want to lose all your gains? Because this isn't even close to an acceptable pct. Clomid does NOT restore natty test. Please check the pct forum, and go through the first 10 pages of the aas forum and read up on proper pct. Then put a better one together please.
