I probably overtrain:

Mon: chest, shoulders, tri
Tue: back, bi, legs

Repeat 3 times a week and rest on Sunday.

Do cardio 3 times a week during a different session.
 
Monday: Chest/Bi's
Tuesday: Legs/Abs
Wednesday: Back
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Shoulders/Tri's
Saturday: Whatever you want to work on
Sunday: Rest
