They are good shape, just more mass.
Got any advice for putting on mass?
My leg workout looks like this
Leg extensions 160x10 4 sets
Reverse leg extensions 160x8 4 sets
Squat 135x15 225x15 275x10 305x8
Leg press 405x10 4 sets
Calve raises, 70x15 4 sets (surgery on foot restricts heavy weight in this area)
And then some running/jumping roping
