Best way to shed stomach fat

Came off a test e, deca, anavar cycle and looked great. Stayed shredded through June... Beginning of July, not too long after pct BANG abs gone, then all my vascularity. I put weight on (bad weight) and everyone says I look better with weight on but I hate that it's fat. Of course I had no particular diet cause my metabolism is crazy fast, and I can't gain weight, but apparently I can on my abs. So what's the best way to cut up? Diet, exercise of course, but what works best for you? What are you eating and what are you doing.

I have tried to find a spot reduction method and i'm not sure its out there bro. Im 38 and it just is the last place to go. My arms, back, calves, everywhere is fairly defined, but lower abs are just a pain! You can look into eviscerate from southland but i haven't tried it and i'm skeptical but i've seen others swear by it. Although i'm afraid plain ole diet and cardio is the answer.
 
There is no such thing as spot reduction for fat, to cut body fat it has to come off everywhere. So basically you would have to just use diet and cardio to get your abs back.
 
Avoid dairy white grains and simple carbs, limit complex carbs, and use tons of lean protein like chicken and turkey, and fish like tilapia, salmon contains more fat than most so it's best to avoid while cutting. Also cut down sodium and sugars.

So pretty much my whole diet is gone lol. Ok. I'll just cut out carbs and dairy and lift hard as hell. Sugars shouldn't be a issue I'm not a sweets person. And protein is goin thru the roof now. Here we go I'll keep I guys posted. Tomorrow is day one. Fml

the last place males typically store fat is the thighs and stomach. so you will need to lose fat which is also gonna cost you strength and some muscle in the process when you cut down.

also deca is gonna put fat on you cause it really gives you an helluva appetite, and it can take months to work that fat back off. I went from 7% to 17% on 2 deca cycles over the course of 6 months or so. and since then i have never been able to get back under 10%.

Here I am 4 mos after my last pin and im still recovering my test levels lost most of my size and gained back my bf. so I figure if I can get my bf lower at least I'll still have my vascularity. Rambling now...

many guys are in your boat. they look great on cycle and look like shit off. or they will blow up on cycle and then their muscles shrink away to nothing off. it can be a lot of things. the obvious is lack of passion off cycle to lift. the 2nd is not understanding that they have to take 1 step back if they are to take 2 steps forward. 3rd is not building a base before juicing. 4th is not running a good pct and not bridging.
 
Hey boss, as many have said there is no way to shed the stomach w/ out getting leaner overall.. But just drop the "dirty" cals, check out eviscerate, hit abs hard & often, and implement some HIIT/constant rate cardio.. My abs have always been not that great (having been fat when I was younger.. i find i still hold some lower ab/chest fat) but after having done all those things that I mentioned above.. I have never looked as big and had a decent set of abs like I currently do. Dropping dairy (w/ the exception of fat free greek yogurt) is a must in my opinion.

Your right and wrong here (when it comes to me) but I agree I've seen the same. First off fuck u for saying I look like shit Steve. Lmao real fuckin nice lmao jk... But seriously now, I don't get it cause I give 1000% every day in the gym. Never skimp on reps and always go hard. I had a solid base before juicing, muscles were hard, toned, and I was plateaued.. However my pct got fucked up (still recovering test) ran nothing at alll during, and now learning the hard way like thousands before me. Haven't bridged because I don't want to suppress myself while still recovering. However I kept all my strength gains. I didn't lose EVERYTHING but def lost most. Thankfully I have knowledgeable good people like ur self to help me do it the right way next time. And I'm thankful I met Nate when I did or I woulda really been up shits creek. I hear what your saying tho.

I'm sticking with helios and a clean. Diet.

Keith judging by the way u've talked about Helios I'd say its done good things for fat loss? Compared to eca or dhea or albuterol how would u rate it?

If I remember correctly, some steroids slow down T3. That could just be thyroid lagging behind a little after the cycle.

Have u ever stacked it with anything? Say for example... Helios + GW or Helios + Forged Burner?

Thanks for the compliments bro. Unfortunately that was before my losses lmaooo. I'm not too far off from that though. Sarms are in the near future when I'm recovered, then a short break, then beastdrol, then a short break and then I'm breaking out the mother load!!! >: ) my piss is gonna glow by time im done with all this. it's gonna be fuckin magical lmfao... I started the diet today.. I just can't seem to eat enough food tho. I'm not that hungry. Any ideas anyone?

Just call it like i see it bro..either way I'm sure you're just being a little critical.. Which is good cause I do the same thing man.. thats what pushes us to keep hitting it hard and kill that shit! Sounds like you have a proper plan lined up.. I look forward to the day that I'll be able to run some PHs.. still young though at 21 and as much as i would like to run some hella - I think its best to hold off and try to reach a very lean 180 or so.

Haha I freaking can't stop eating bro.. gotta hold myself back. For me its all about preparation though.. I always have a solid supply of grilled chicken/hard-boiled eggs to in the fridge. I would just try to eat smaller amounts every 2-2.5 hours - But keep it clean bro especially if your trying to get those abs shredded again.
 
So Helios is not only injectable clen+ other ingredients but it is friggin spot reduction. I just read a review of GWP helios and the guy claimed it he had a little swelling from the pinning and tad bit of water retention but when the dust settled it was clearly reduced fat and tighter at the injection sites.

Hmmm and I wonder what would happen if u ran eviscerate smolder combined with helios on the same site... i may experiment on my rat's love handles...

lol i have no idea what you look like off but based on what you said i'm guessing you aren't happy with it. in your avi you look great so not sure if thats when you were peaking or what.

bridging actually isn't about staying on and suppressing yourself.. bridging is about diet, workouts, and using supplements to help you excel.

so definately do what i told you before.. run shorter cycles until you figure out how to pct and recovery quicker. if you've read my posts in AAS you would see i lay out some good strategies to do this. you definately need to run the proper ancillaries on cycle, then kickstart pct. its not just about pct.

you need to focus more on year over year improvements and not expect to always be breaking PR's, not gonna happen. take 2 steps forward and 1 step back and learn to live with that reality.

Right now I just started a diet for the first time ever. Cut out carbs like bread and pasta... Sugars, fats. Eating as clean as possible but holding on to complex carbs, chicken, whole wheat wraps, salads, quinoa ect.
As far as supps go I really don't take anything at the moment but the hcgenerate, unleashed, daa, and a n.o. Xplode before workouts. I didn't want anything to interfere with the test recovery so figured at the moment less was more. I was taking bridge but due to the pregnalone I figured best to lay off for a few. What supps do u suggest that won't interfere?

I've read your posts here and there... The ones that I see, and I know I'm going to run a shorter cycle next but not sure what. I keep reading to see where I should head with that. I just want hard lean gains. Got some beast coming. Might give that a go and u gave me a great blueprint for that.. Thanks.. I bought 30 lbs of bulk protein from trunutrition because I'm cutting carbs a little. I eat at least half a pound of chicken or a pack of tuna every 2-3 hours and take protein 5-6 times a day to fill in the gaps, Force yourself to eat lean protein sources when you crave carbs if u need the calories
 
New here, so I hope you don't mind the input, but yeah, I second the lots of lean protein suggestion. It's not only necessary for building muscle, it's more satisfying than carbs. Dave Draper talks about a tuna + water diet, because tuna is filling. Think about it: what do you think would satisfy you better: two cans of tuna @ 240 calories or a small bag of chips @ 250-300 calories.
 
I'd stray away from canned fish..due to the mercury & there are other better options for lean protein. I'm a
big fan of white fish.. been cooking up tilapia daily..
 
I have recently lost alot of my stomach fat. I have a ninja blender and I drink vegetable juice 3x daily. Lower the starchy carbs, and the secret is: For breakfast don't eat any carbs (except veggies) just a good source of protein (meat works good) and a healthy fat (nuts).
 
Cutting this summer, my grocery list was extremely simple. Steel cut oats (only one serving in the morning) then nothing but protein shakes chicken breast and tilapia filets. Carb load Friday afternoon and Saturday. Worked wonders for me. According to the bf caliper I have, lost 5% and gained one lbs lbm over two months. Total loss of twenty lbs

honestly gotta stay at war with your body to preserve muscle. keep working out and keep eating. i wouldn't kill your carbs and cals off cycle. that will drop your mass fast if you do that. supps you could take off cycle are stuff like creatine for example, non suppressive and it works. and then I would ask dylan about SARMS and other peptides during a bridge to help preserve muscle. but make sure they are non suppressive.

personally I depend on my workouts and diet during my bridges and yes I do lose some size and strength.. but 35% as you wrote is a lot so you are gonna have to change things up a bit here and be more aggressive.

i can't remember how old you are but i do recall you are young and the gains will stick better as you get older trust me. the hours you put in now will dictate how easy gains come and stick once you get my age. so just keep at it and be patient.

The fast ones are good for post workout but your meals are a good time for more whole, slow-digesting stuff

Right now during the day I'm eating 1/2 lb quinoa, veggies, grilled chicken wraps with baby spinach and lettuce, 1/2 lb tuna, turkey breast... Stuff like that until I get to the gym. After lifting I eat some more quinoa, steak, chicken, maybe a little pasta, salads ect. Heavier foods at night. I'm not drinking enough protein tho cause it fills me so I'll work on pushing those down next. I find myself forcing food down and not really looking forward to downing the quantities cause I'm not hungry. I have a stressful job and coffee and cigs have been a must have lately. I'm trying.
I'm a very open person. If anyone has suggestions to tweaking what I'm doing please let me know. Gaining mass has alwaysss been a issue for me. Even at 4500 cals a day for 2 mos. didn't gain 4 lbs. did a cycle, gained 20 kept about 8. It was a botched cycle. First one ever. But I gained something so even though it was a failure it wasn't ya know... Live and learn.
So anyway like I said, that's what I've been doin...

Breakfast- oatmeal or 5 eggs. I can't eat in the morn so something is better than nothing.
Snack- nuts, granola, wheat thins. One of the three
Lunch- turkey breast wrap whole wheat lettuce tomato.
Tuna wrap whole wheat
Grilled chicken over salad, or a wrap
And quinoa with either or and banana.
Snack- mixed nuts
Dinner- varies... Gilles chicken, steak, steamed chicken, broccoli, salad, brown rice and brown sauce from the Chinese spot. Stuff like that.
Drink water all day.
Protein after gym
No xplode pre workout.
That's about it.
 
Well bro i have the same issues with body fat and believe me it really needs much efforts to shed specially stomach fat. You can't lose fat on just one spot, it needs to be burned from every part. Core fat comes in the last place.

If you're "just not hungry" it's probably because you eat too much at night.

I "can't" eat in the morn because I'm truly not a morning person and am actually turned off by food early in the morning. If I know I'm going to have a busy morn where I can't eat I force food down an actually get nauseous. Once I'm actually up and going I can eat... I wake up at 8 or so, sometimes a little earlier or later depending on my day, but usually don't eat until 10-11:00.

What did you do?

Cut the carbs down and started doing 20 mins of cardio after I lifted on fat burner. And 200 leg lifts and decline sit ups split up of course.
I cut up easily. Gaining has always been a problem for me but I really don't like feelin rounded. Veins and being cut is what I'm used to. The veins aren't back yet tho. So the saga continues
