Ummmmm no....lol If he was arrested then he has a warrant that was issued in his name and a subsequent court date to stand before the judge and either plead guilty or innocent. If he moves to another state and doesnt answer the charges it will just get worse. They will add failure to appear and then issue a bench warrant for the charges. Bottom line is you need a lawyer. I heard this saying once and it makes alot of sense...."you dont go into a brain operation without a doctor and you dont go to court without a lawyer"
