First cycle, can you take a look?

Here it is my first post and I'm already asking questions. I hate to do that but I'm starting my first cycle next week and I wanted you guys to double check it.

My stats are as follows

5'9"
170lbs
11%bf
Training 2 years
32 years old
I eat clean and am a healthy guy.
Bench 205
Squat 185
Deadlift 185

Goal is to build lean muscle (maybe 5 or 10 pounds) and get to around 7-8%bf.


week 1 250mg sus250 sunday/wed
week 2 250mg sus250 sunday/wed
week 3 250mg sus250 sunday/wed
week 4 250mg sus250 sunday/wed
week 5 250mg sus250 sunday/wed
week 6 250mg sus250 sunday/wed
week 7 250mg sus250 sunday/wed

week 4 to end of pct exemestane 12.5mg every other day (493mg total)

2 weeks after last pin clomid 100/100/50/50 every day (2100mg total)

use 1 inch pin 18gauge to draw, 23gauge to shoot


Is that pct ok? I thought by using exemestane i could bypass novoldex, and just use the clomid for my natural test to start firing again. The exemestane should help with blocking the production of estrogen.

Like I said this is my first time so I am really new at this. I just wanted some professional opinions.

Glad you started with stats. You obviously did some research as well which is great. Cycle looks good. No reason to have clomid that high, it's a common misconception.

that pct is not even close to good enough... follow the pct that koala posted... its spot on... if you want to run hcg, run it on during your cycle, weeks 5-12... there is no need to exceed 25 mg on clomid dosage at all...

make sure you have an ai on hand... most people bloat on susta... aromasin will be good... 12.5 EOD...

Where does this Sust EOD come from? It is total crap! You pin Sust ONCE a week ... it is multi-estered and will build up the test in your system gradually, but also has a kick to it. Just because it has a prop ester in it, doesn't mean you need to pin it EOD, or 2xWk. Just pin it once a week, full stop. :D
 
You are not very strong @ all. You squat/deadlift 185? I don't mean to be a jerk; is that pounds or kilos? Plus you bench more than that? Size & strength go hand in hand.
 
^^^ agree your squat and deadlift should far exceed your benchpress...


Well, I guess I should have been a little more specific. I usually go really high reps on my legs and dead lifts. I usually do around 4 sets of 20 of each. I also usually bench dumbbells, 85 for 4 sets of 8. 205 is the bar, but I tend to stay away from that, cause I never have a spoter.

Reason I do high reps for deadlift is less chance for injury.

if your wanting to get the most out of a cycle then your going to need to change your training habits... you need to switch to the hypertrophy stage of training... your training in a stabilization phase but that is not going to add the muscle that you are after... you need to be doing sets of 8-10 reps at 80-85% of your max... that is whats going to help build muscle... you can take all the juice you want but if you train the way you are, your not going to get much progress in terms of muscle growth...
 
I didn't see much of a plan for a diet and that iacwjete your cycle is gonna end and begin. You def have some room to put on weight but what and how much u eat is gonna determine your gains. What is your diet layout?

My diet is going to be to me, more important than lifting. Probably do some carb cycling. It actually what I'm working on figuring out now. I need to figure out my macros and caloric intake. But I assure you no alcohol, and maybe 3 cheat meals throughout the cycle.

Now I'm just contemplating how often I should dose. It seems like there's no one answer.

Sust was designed with 4esters of differing length so that it could be injected once a week( don't do this).. some people do it EOD to make use of the short esters but most will do it twice monday and Thursday or like what your doing.. it can take up to 5 weeks to really notice the effects so some people will kick start it with an oral

u also need to factor in speed with your rep range... slow reps vs. fast reps in all three ranges there are different muscle fibers white and pink (red) that need to be stimulated... the torque and horsepower or brute force vs. speed
 
and sust once a week is shitty! there is a big fluxuation in hormone level which in tern causes the worst sides... sust should be a minimum of twice a week not saying you have to dose high just cut the dose in half but do it more often were blood levels are more stable and eod is not just for the short esters u need to do a little more research b4 saying things like this bonacris thats bad information

I never said do it once a week, I said some do it EOD and most will do it twice a week

EDIT: ok I reread what I wrote and it does kinda seem like I said once a week is ok but I did say that him doing it twice a week is what most people do and he was going to do this

Yeah...we def need to get the diet down. Still not a lot of info to go on. Tbh I wouldn't carb cycle. No need to in my opinion...not at this stage. U just need a good clean diet...period. I would personally hit the sust 2 times a week. That is plenty suffecient and will keep blood levels balanced enough and u won't be a pin cushion. What are your other diet ideas? I would love to help but I dont want to spoon feed u either bud.

No it's not. All you keep elevated if you do it more than once is the short esters and then, when the medium esters start kicking in, you have a sudden rise and then, following THAT when the long acting esters kick in you are left with this huge ass spike in your blood levels. Just because it has short esters in the mix, does not mean you should pin it more than once a week. The reason for multi-esters is, in fact, so you DON't have to pin it more than once a week.

That's what I thought.. was it not developed for use in TRT so people only had to pin once a week

3300 calories per day.

Proteins

Fish
Chicken
Lean Steak
Lean hamburger
egg whites
protein powder

Complex Carbs

Brown rice
sweet potato
oats
vegetables
Salad

Fats
Olive oil
peanut butter
fish oil

Breakfast

egg wites
oats
or
protein shake with fruit
fish oil + multi

mid morning

peanut butter on wheat
tuna or talapia

lunch
chicken and salad

pre workout

brown rice
fish

post workout
lean hamburger
green peppers
brown rice

before bed
protein shake with skim milk
1 tsp peanut better
fish oil + multi

Your training is suspect.

Your squats should be higher than your bench. If you are being a pussy with squats and keeping it light then STOP. Start aiming for 5 reps on a heavy weight. 3 sets. I can live with keeping deadlifts lightish, because the tehcnique is a bit tricky for some, and injury is easy. Bench looks good though, 205 is a decent weight to be benching, so well done on that score.

Cycle looks good as well, except for your PCT sucks, as others have pointed out, all your pct requirements have kindly been supplied by koala in the second post. The object of PCT is to recover your natural test production quickly, clomid is just a SERM, christ knows why people think it's a drug sent from heaven. . .

when I'm not being a pus I squat 5 sets of 5 @265

But like I said, I usually train legs with higher reps. Maybe I will just start going a little heavier.
