hello,
im brand new and i a few questions, PLZ help!
im 38 y.o. 5'8",170lbs.Im trying to get cut n hard muscle.
ive just started working out again for almost two months now.
im taking E G Nutrition BEEF up your WHEY Protein,N.O.-XPLODE, Modern BCAA Amino Acid,CELLMASS.
Im thinking of going on ANAVAR 60mg a day (30mg in the morning and 30mg at night, is this ok or do i need anyhting else
What you need more than anything else is Education,Two months into training you should be concentrating on Diet and strict form more than anything else.I spent a good 20 something years working on my physique once i achieved my goals I added Steroid and I reached a level of transformation that would have been impossible if i had started alot earlier, The more in shape you are the better steroids work and you don't need insane dosages to get the job done either.
If you're expecting Anavar to help you shap up and burn fat,sorry it ain't gonna happen, Loosing fat starts in the kitchen so does building muscle.
