I've used Need2slin for every goal. Bulk, cut, recomp....it works VERY well no matter what your goal is! It makes your carbs and protein work better in your body

speaking of which, I fast on wednesdays and have been for a long time and it seems to work just fine for me. May be a mental thing however it seems to work to burn extra calories

I NEVER come off of Need2slin. I use it year round no matter what I'm doing. Cutting, recomping, bulking.....it works great for them all. It is a "staple" in every sense of the word for me

During recomp I primarily ran it at 3 caps per day spread out with moderate carbs intake. During a bulk, I usually run 2 caps twice per day before my two big meals because of the extra carbs

I have been taking 4 ED, 1 right before fasted cardio, the other 3 spread out like you said...that way 1 bottle should last 1 month...I'm still wondering if you need to take it 30 min before a meal, or just taking them spread out through the day is sufficient enough for its effect? I just took one 30 ago and going to eat lunch now.

Awesome....good to know, this product is now a staple in my supp regimen as well. Works Great for me because I'm very carb sensitive. I don't believe I have ever been this lean and full in my life. I usually get very depleted and flat on low carb diets and this has made a considerable difference
