Im a shift worker on 12s, probably similiar to what you do. I work out at 130 or two on nights and off days.7pm when on days. I only work out 3nights a month mon,wed,fri so its not bad. Only work 7 daylights and seven midnights a month.

Yeah that's about my schedule. Between the switching between days and nights, new baby, and my fiance being a full time student shit gets pretty hectic at times.
