New to the scene.... Advice needed

So Im just starting back up in the gym. I havent been in a long ass time. Anyway, im looking to shred some fat and build some muscle.

Right now Im 31, 5'11", and 190lbs. (not fat just have some extra belly to get rid of)Not sure of my body fat percentage (im sure its high) I go to the gym 5 days a week, 3 days of heavy lifting with a friend, and 2 days of lite lifting (alone) and cardio.
My diet:
Breakfast: carnation instant breakfast shake with a protein bar (powerbar)

Snack: wheat thins, Nature Valley bar

Lunch: salad with either, tuna, salmon, or chicken

Snack: edamame

Dinner: chicken or salmon with any green veggies

And I drink A LOT of water! Ill also have a protein drink after the gym.

So its only been 2 weeks, i know im not going to see huge results right away but Im looking at Clen to speed up the shredding of fat, and D-Bol to speed up the bulking. Being a virgin to any type of steroids is this a goid starter? Trust me Ive researched, reaf reviews, side effects, etc etc.... Im a lil burned out on the research cause I keep finding other types of pills that its overwhelming. I would just like for someone to give me a sense of direction. What would everyone suggest? Whats good? Whats goid to take together? Etc etc...

Sorry for the long post. Ive been reading a lot of threads and Stats and research is what people are suggesting for others before posting anything.

I figure Id put as much info ad possible.

Thanks in advance

Just read my post. Sorry for the spelling errors. Im using my phone.

Also forgot to list supplements.

I use Cellucor C4 Extreme for pre workout drink
MRI's NO2 Black.

Thats it

Bro after only two weeks in the gym i dont recomend anything, if you stick at it and fix your diet you will lose the fat, check out the diet section in bodybuilding forum

Hey thanks for the response. Do you think the diet im on right now is ok? Im going to check out the diet section and get some ideas.

I try to keep my diet simple since my schedule is kinda crazy right now. I work from 730-4pm mon thru friday. Then I have class from 6-10 mon thru thursday.

Fridays Saturday and Sunday are my heavy lifting, Monday and Tuesday are my lite lifting and cardio.

Im in pretty decent shape. Ive worked out a lot in the past but its been over a year since I've been consistent with the gym.

So hypothetical situation: if I've been actively going to the gym and decided to use D-Bol what would your suggestion be as far as using it alone or stacking with something else. I like to be prepped and ready so when the time is right I'll know what to do.

You're not eating nearly enough for a guy your size...and you're eating too little protein...

Sounds like you're catabolic....

You wanna shred fat right? Don't use dbol. Unless you don't mind water weight.

It's horrible when you come to the forum and don't hear what you want to hear (ie no steroids). But truthfully from what you have said, you seem an intelligent, reasonable person. And at the moment, steroids are not for you in my opinion. I'll justify this now.

Firstly, you dont eat enough. Without eating, there is nothing for the steroids to work with. You'd be missing the point of putting your body in an anabolic state. It's not the steroids that build the muscle. They just give you the boost that allows you to do it yourself. But you must eat as well. That means more then 1 protein shake a day, and a fridge destroying breakfast. Not just a protein bar etc etc.

Secondly, two weeks back in the gym is not enough to justify juicing. You may get some gains yes (if people say you wont, they lie), but with dbol especially, if you stop training and drop back into old habits (not training, training not hard enough) you will lose your gains, or the majority of them. Big mistake bros make is lightening their workout off cycle. Cos it makes your effort on cycle a waste of time.

Thirdly, steroids should not be used as a kickstart. I too thought this, and it's not the way to do things. You should use them to smash through barriers, once you have all the good habits as habit!

The amount of information is indeed overwhelming. My personal feeling is there is no facts relating to anabolic steroids. Only opinion, and experience. Thats cos everyone reacts differently, everyones body is different.

I recommend using cardio and diet to dump that body fat, and then doing a lifting regime, then revisiting this idea at a later date.

So what would you suggest? Im lost when it comes to dieting to gain muscle mass and lose weight. Obviously working out builds the muscle and eating will feed them right? I mean.... Shit now im confused lol.

How about this. If anyone can give me ideas on an appropriate diet for my size where i can shred some fat and still be able to build muscle that would be great. Ill look online as well but its just hard trying to find something simple without actually talking to someone who knows my weight and height etc etc.

Not to be rude but im really looking for more in depth ideas rather then small comments. I need a push in the right direction. Or shove or whatever.
Thanks, i do appreciate the responses. Even little comments followed with examples of what I should be eating for a person my size. Also how much protein should I be consuming?

I recommend taking your pretty good looking diet, and increasing the amount of calories you eat, but keeping it healthy. This will minimise fat gain. So if you ate a chicken breast, eat 3. Your breakfast should be a lot bigger. Triple your protein shakes, and start working out at the gym, lifting as much as you can maintaining good form. Do compound exercises to really tear muscle fibres. So bench press, squats, deadlifts, and military press as a start. Google these for the form. Then move on to isolation excercises. Try and divide your workouts into pushing, pulling, and legs on separate sessions, resting in between.

So like this

Day 1 - Pushing (Start with bench press and military press)
Day 2 - Rest
Day 3 - Pulling (Do pull ups and rows to start)
Day 4 - rest
Day 5 - legs (start with deadlifts and squats to start)

Do some cardio at the weekend. High Intensity interval training. I like to have light lifting sessions with my cardio, but nothing too strenuous. Not prolonged jogging etc, this causes you to dump muscle. Do this for a month, and see what happens - then report back with your results.
