Hi everyone I'm 26 year old male. I recently started working out with a personal trainer 5 weeks ago. 4x a week with weights/ and the other 3x cardio on my own around 5-7miles each day. My starting weight was 228lbs note I'm 5'8. Iv been on average losing 3.5 pounds a week. My current weight after 5 weeks of training and a high protein diet is 210.3
Also my bench has went up 25 pounds in the 5 weeks. I'am not taking any supplements besides vita pac and complex 60 whey protein, and also a good healthy high protein diet that consists of low sodium turkey, boneless skinless chicken tenderloins or breasts, all 100% wheat bread and or pasta, vegges and a ton of water.
