Any vegetarians here?

Many of the young women I met who want to become vegetarians (not vegans) wanted to do so because of compassion for animals.
Very few women become vegetarians or vegans for weight issues, or at least the ones I've met, heard of or saw.
where are these studies?!

I've met as many meat eater who are nuts.

Compassion for animals is a great cover who's going to question it and not dig deeper right? Like I said it's a gateway to a possible eating disorder not in all but in many. I am also talking about young woman 12-19.

Vegitarian's are nuts no joke. I was one from 14-21 I did eat eggs and dairy.

Just an FYI to parents of teenage girls claiming to be or wanting to be vegirarian it's the early signs of an eating disorder you should probably seek counselling for them ASAP before it becomes a full blown one.

I didn't bing or purge and wasn't anorexic however being a vegitarian was more about a control issue with food then any crap I spotted at the time.

Getting back to my claim of sign of an eating disorder to girls that I was friends with the claimed to be vegitarian's as well were actually anorexic they used vegitarianism to to hide the disorder from there parents as to why the didn't eat at the same times as them etc. You can now find a good number of studdies the link vegetarianism with anorexia.

I havent eatin meat or fish in well over 8 years and I dont eat eggs (if its in something baked i dont really mind) and i dont drink milk though i do like cheese and whey protein.
I dont think not eating meat make you possibly have an eating disorder.
its like a guy that snapped and kills wifes blaiming steroids for it. its bullshit and not right. its on the person not the crowd (eg. vegatarian or steroid users)
and I should note im the biggst (most muscular) of my family that i know of (big european family) so i prove day by day meat is un needed. even for bodybuilding.

I would think you would eat a lot of Soy.. Do you like that stuff? I think it is okay, but all the time wood suck.
soesent tqake anymore time to cook or make then if you wheremaking "normal" dishes.
I cook almostevery day . and get told regularly i make resturant quality food all thetime, even by peopele that eat meat.
theres mroe to food then meat.
i didnt think so long ago.now i cant understand how somany can still eat that shit, but to each his own.

who cares, Jesus used cannabis oil in his ointments and used many other healing (phycoactive) herbs and did many other things people like to ignore due to politics and control. so its unvalid.....lol and then swapped out the ointments for win and made it only for "baptisums"and of just some oil. not acually an aointment like it was once used.
now you drink the blood . i mean you have to go to cherch right, might as well have a drink too? anyway back to my point:

(eg. he was anointing sick, old and poor people, did you know that was a big NO NO back then.) these anointments from the cherches/preasts where for the "rich" and people of status from the preasts, not just anyone could be annointed. but jesus felt they all should. i mean his name = "the anointed one" .
His storys are soo smeard by greed and time that the book is prity worthless of truth from his words atlest. but the Idea in ther eis still fairly good and nice to pass on, just wish they didnt take soo much scripts out. imena even now a coupel ave been found o contradict all the added BD to the bible. coule you imagin if even another handfull of pages from jesuswrightings where found? may god riots! lol

I have no intrists in eating dead flesh, its dosent make me hungry at all, if anything sick.

Wait... why don't you eat eggs? That was the real reason I started this thread. I am confused.. because the animals are abused? I really do not know the exact reasons people decide not to eat eggs!
 
Soy is NOT healthy, just saying

And good vegan sources of protein are, beans (hummus), quinoa, veggies, pea protein shakes (whey is not vegan), oatmeal, nuts and seeds.
And you don't have to consume a lot of protein in order to build muscle.

I agree with this. It's actually pretty funny when people find out that I don't eat meat. They just assume with how big I am, that I live off of meat and protein.
