Tonight was leg night. I was pretty worn down going in, but I feel like I gave it my all...
Wide stance squats 125lbs for 6
Leg press 360lbs for 10
HS Iso kneeling leg curl 40lbs for 10 (80lbs total)
Calf raise 300lbs for 20
That's about it... I fell off the wagon big time on my diet the past few days... It's hard to eat healthy when you're cranky![]()
