Solid hardcore comeback cycle ? corrected

^^^keep in mind running T3, clen and cardio you are gonna burn away a ton of muscle

why not just workout at the gym.. do weight training... get your diet under control, and do some cardio.

once you get down to may 13% bf, then you will be ready .. yes muscle memory is true but muscle conditioning and soreness doesn't care about muscle memory. you will come back quicker than someone with no lifting history
 
Here is my 2 cents, the more you are built Naturally the better steroids will work,thats a fact!
 
If it were me I would follow 100% what stevesmi wrote down. I would not question it I would just do it. In the end if you do this your will be one very happy camper dude.
 
Thanks guys i realy appreciate getting answers from you , anyway your advices are 100% true , i read them alot in past ,and i went by them , always , i started at 130 pounds training, and wanted to do steroids, but i read and read and found out that what you were saying is true , so i went up to 170 pounds naturally in almost 2 years of hard work, then started the gear and never had a problem

but now this year i had alot of problems ..not financial..but emotional ...thought about suicide alot ..doing crazy stuff.. maybe 1 kilogram test a week :)))))) .... but then thought of my problem that since my life is empty from a year and so on ...and i have but time and cash ...then why dont i go back to the gym and start training seriously and get whatever anabolics or peptides i want in me...with alot of time to train hard and rest and perfect dieting.... so with bodybuilding i may fill my time ...since i amnt doing anything but drinking and smoking and partying and eating shit ...... so thought about going Hardcore from the very begining...
but after i see what you experienced guys say ... i understand that whether i go hardcore style or step by step style ...i will have the same results..... only that with a step by step it would be safer and more conveniant in the long run.

Clen with T3 and cardio would destroy muscle mass...but combined with a very high protein diet?supplements?bcaa?glutamine ? that wouldnt help ? man when you are a AAS & other chemicals user ...and u quit...and comeback...believe me its SOOO Hard to convicne your self to start natural without a tiny bit of stuff :)) ...... anyway i will start tommorow ...cardio ...and Lipo6 Black......and under 2000cal per day ....and see how it works out...not considering to touch gear at least till february 2012 .

yes... T3 and clen will speed up your metabolism.. you will have the metabolism of a marathon runner or swimmer.. you ever see what they look like? skin and bones. no muscle or fat on them. i would focus on diet and leave the T3 for a time when you need to get in contest shape, run it with AAS at the very least. however know how to taper it down and in the future don't put yourself against the wall and get out of shape like this where you need to go crazy... once you get your bf% down just keep working hard in the gym and with your diet and prevent going to 20% bf in the first place.

as for the rest of your post sounds good. don't forget you got those Leb genes.. Samir Bannout genes. so take advantage of that.
 
thanks guys realy, i always liked your posts and forum since i was lurking from 2009 , i realy appreciate your support .... yea samir bannout :)) glad that i finally see some1 who still remembars him, great old school body ..... too bad that these days no one is reaching the olympia from our countries.... who knows... maybe in 10 years i will be there :D
