Damn, I know why you call yourself the beast! welcome back Bro...did you loose alot a strength after your time off? If so are you getting close to where you where at?

YES!!! I lost a shitload of strength BUT I train way different than most bodybuilders...I used to train VERY heavy but I worked for a guy(Vegas Max Muscle owner) who taught me how to train way better...for me anyways...I use PERFECT form and concentrate on squeezing and contracting the muscle that Im working and go ALOT lighter than I used to...I still go as heavy as I can but NEVER sacrafice form...NEVER...everytime I go really heavy lets say when I do chest, I barely feel my chest working, its more a mental thing about trying to lift heavy weights...my strength is coming back quick but again, I dont need to go that heavy to build muscle...sounds crazy but the whole "mind-muscle connection" thing works BIG TIME for me and alot of people Ive trained....I know Ill prolly get blasted for saying this but I think diet and rest are WAY more important than training

Nice, well it looks like your getting back on track bro! I bet it feels good to be back in the game.
I agree with you diet and rest are pretty damn important. I never got anywhere training until I got my diet in check. Looking forward to seeing and reading more from you! And Welcome to EF.
