Oh one more thing.... How about adding var instead of test?
So a primo, var and proviron 10wk?
The main reason for the cycle is more solid gains and less water retention, as well as the light impact on HPTA, unlike test.
any help/views on a PCT will be appriciated.

if you do anything even primo/var for 10 weeks you will need to do a full pct.
you dont want to spend 10 weeks with no test in your system. even if its 250mg a week at least have some in your system.
you can get very solid gains with no water retention if you do test at 500mg no problem. you just need the right supps.
for pct i would go with formastanzol,unleashed and post cycle.

I kinda like it. If he has proviron, why add test? The proviron ill serve the function of maintaining libido and he'll actually be less suppressed when coming off.
The combo won't lead to massive gains but it's safe, you'll be hard as a rock and the gains will be solid.

If you keep it 8 weeks and use some HCGen and N2GUARD you can get out with very little suppression. Just a little UNLEASHED and POST CYCLE for PCT and you'll be good. No need for anti e's.
if what Nelson is saying will work for you than do it... primo is very easy to recover from and test is very suppressive.
I ran primo with hcg and my test was underdosed and my libido crashed hard, I would give it a shot.. you won't notice suppression till week 5 anyway. and you can always just keep some sustanon on hand and try that if things don't go well .

But proviron is great for libido so he'll be covered. Again, expect no gains from the proviron but that combined with the Primo and LOTS OF PROTEIN (definitely add some GEAR) and you can really reshape your body. Just with minimum weight gain.
