Hey guys, I'm 31 years old, been training hard the past 6 years, 5'9". Have a 420 lb. squat, 315 bench and a 485 deadlift. I'm around 12% body fat and looking to put on some muscle because the gains are coming in harder and harder the past couple of years.
Here is my proposed cycle
Week 1-12 Test Cyp 500mg/week
Week 1-4 D-bol @40mg/day
HCGenerate week 8-12
Arimidex (as needed, probably around .25mg e3d)
I'd also like to keep my PCT "over the counter" as much as possible.
