Im wrapping up a test e 500mg/w cyle right now, it's a bulking cycle.
4 weeks left out of 12, up 26lbs...
stats right now
6'3" 231lbs
Diet is 4500 cal a day around 250-300g protein
Now in the future, after pct i plan on keeping calories and protien high to hang onto my gains.
But when i decide to start cutting what would be good to hang onto my muscle?
I was thinking another 12 weeker with 750mg test E a week?
and lower calories to 3500 while trying to keep protein high?
Does this sound like a good idea?
