What;s it gonna take for you to get the summer body you want?

How are you going to change your diet? What drugs and supps do you think you need? If you don't reach your goals what will be the reason? When were you in the best shape of your life? Why were you in such great shape then?
 
College athlete was best shape of my life....diet wasnt perfect nor was supplementation, but if anyone i late high school or in college their body is hormonally primed naturally to be in the best condition of their life...if they are a Div One athlete most likely their training in the weightroom, conditioning sesssions, and sports practice, is the most exercise they will ever get in their life....and should be in their prime....
 
It's going to take a time machine to get me the body I want by summer 2011. No amount of diet, work, or drugs will make it so. I'm just going to be patient and bust my ass in the gym, and summer 2012 I will have the body I want. Look out, 15 year high school reunion, that 5'9", 120 lb boy you remember is gonna be big! :laugh2:
 
How are you going to change your diet? Avoid the junk even more
What drugs and supps do you think you need? None besides protein powder
If you don't reach your goals what will be the reason? I will reach my goals- no excuses!
When were you in the best shape of your life? Now
Why were you in such great shape then? Because I work hard at it
 
for me it would be keep going on my strict diet and dont break down for asian food. and hope this clen/t3 combo fucks shit up
 
How are you going to change your diet? my diet is always very good.. the one area where I can work on is cooking more food rather then buying the low sodium frozen foods What drugs and supps do you think you need? running a tren/mast cycle. so far seeing good strength gains and growth.. not getting cut though yet If you don't reach your goals what will be the reason? tren sides become too great and i have to stop the cycle, after experiencing tren cough yesterday and dealing with severe de-hydration I am tempted to When were you in the best shape of your life? depends on the metric. 3 years ago I was running 40-45 miles per week and was running a 5 minute mile. 1 year ago i was benching my max of 315+, today I think I am the most massive and built i've ever been, and my strength is probably better then a year ago. Why were you in such great shape then? my goal was endurance, then my goal became mass and strength, now my goal is more bodybuilding (although not looking for the beach body look, still want mass in my chest and shoulders over an 8 pack) so when i set a goal i go for it and i bust my ass to achieve it

as a side note living in FL its always summer here lol. I don't even own a coat
 
I'm happy where I'm at right now I'm gonna run test/mast/proviron with a beast kicker just as a feel good stay hard everywhere summer cycle
