OH HELL NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I prefer my broccoli and cauliflower steamed, no spices or flavourants, but only half-way steamed, it must still have a rather decent crunch to it when I chow down.

I like mine crunchy too, but when it comes to broccoli I have to have lemon juice and lots of black pepper.
I'm a spice addict in general. With the exception of salt. I never ever ever ever add salt.
Favourite spices and flavourings:
Mrs. Dash original- on salads or vegetables
Sriracha hot sauce- on everything!!! everything!!!
fresh ground pepper (duh)
chili powder & cumin combo- on chicken or beef
cinnamon (on oatmeal)
ginger root- with stir fry vegetables or chicken
garlic- with just about anything
lemon pepper seasoning (no sodium)
curry powder- on salmon or white fish, in the poaching liquid
poppy seeds- good with a tuna sandwich
