Winter Diet Critique

Would appreciate it if you guys could take a look at my winter diet. Putting on size is the main goal here. Current stats are 5'10, 250. Insulin will be being used twice per day.

6am
2 Cup Steel Oats
2 Cup Whole Milk
2 Scoop Whey
1 Large Banana
6 Whole Eggs

8am
8 oz Chicken Breast
2 Cup White Rice
1 Cup Greens

9am
1 scoop whey
5 rice cakes

10am
8 oz Chicken Breast
2 Cup White Rice
1 Cup Greens

12pm (pre-workout)
1 Cup Steel Oats
50 gram Dextrose
2 Scoop Whey

2pm (post-workout)
100 gram dextrose
1 Large Banana
2 Scoop Whey

3pm
10 oz white fish
2 cup white rice

4pm
10 oz white fish
2 cup white rice

6pm
8 oz Chicken Breast
1 Cup white Rice
1 Cup Greens
2 Tbl Oil

8pm
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
20 Almonds

Roughly 5900 calories, 520g protein, 700g carbs, 120g fat

Protein seem a bit high.

I use to run 2g per lb of body weight and I found I respond alittle better to like 1.5g per lb and more carbs. Plus it's less stress on the kidneys.

But everyone different based on ur stats u know what u doing. Just my 2 cents
