New Diet????

Dude, Ive been working out for a year now, and have changed my body a great deal, however I am not completely happy.
Right now I am 5'7'' 170 lbs. ??Bf%
My diet consists of:
Breakfast:
Bowl of Granola Cereal
Granola Bar
Non fat yogurt
Some times an apple

Lunch
Usually a sandwich with a chicken Breast
Some Pretzels and a banana or apple

Snack
Non fat yogurt

Dinner
Can of tuna with 3-4 egg whites
Whey Protein Shake

I go to the 5 days a week and do cardio about 4-5 times
My goal is to gain more size in my upper body, but lose some in my stomach region. Any help or suggestions?
 
to put on muscle...u need more calories. to loose fat around your middle thats the 1st place it went on and the last place to come off. try using ripped fuel or something like that to help speed up your metabolizm. try eating another small meal in there somewhere. forget the pretzles eat a potato or b/rice i dropped 30lbs in the last 5 months and bf went from 18-11%. keep up the cardio, but change the routine up.
