I usually defrost my steak/chicken in the fridge in a plastic container w/ marinade.
Once in a while I'll be out for 2-3 days and won't get a chance to BBQ it.
How long before its considered unsafe to cook&eat?
I've noticed redmeat gets darker as it gets older...
