Does eating cheese help in the muscle building process? I was curious as dairy is usally a no go but it seems dairy helps with getting bigger?

the problem is almost all cheese you see sold in the store is garbage in the first place. look at the ingredients. it contains awful ingredients and the dairy it is derived from is awful

you could sell me on eating european grassfed cheese in moderation that is unpasteurized. but you won't sell me on eating cheese they give you at denny's on top of your eggs.. yuck!

Anything will help you gain weight if you are eating in a deficit......it will come down to the quality of the weight you want to gain. Cheese will just make you add fat.

Commercial dairy is very inflammatory in the body. There are much better options.

High calorie foods are needed when bulking, 100%, but you could use things like avocado, nuts, seeds etc. to get your calories in instead
