alright fella's....I am 8 weeks out from my show and my girlfriend really wants me to drink with her tomorrow night. I'm trying to decide how this will affect my diet and preparation for my show. I know that beer has alot of calories and I don't like it anyways....so I'm gonna stick to liquor. I also know that alcohol dehydrates you, but that's what water is for right? well....I'm just trying to get some opinions from more experienced folk. To drink or not to drink....that is the question!!!
