Awesome to say the least! I don't really eat bars and stuff like this, but had one of these the other day and it was pretty damn good.

You might as well eat some normal cookies and chase them down with a whey shake. Hell, you'll get more protein this way.

A lot of guys rip these things making it seem as if they would never eat them in 1 million years.Its always good to satisfy a craving especially when dieting down. Otherwise youll binge big time.

taste a lot better though IMO..I had the double chocolate...they're supposed to be awesome if you nuke them for 10 seconds in the microwave.
